Well, 2007 has been a pretty weird year all things considered, but thanks to all friends and family that made it a reasonably interesting one. I've had my ceiling start pouring water, bought a new car, lost a pretty good job, got a better one, been to a wedding, listened to my unborn nephew's heartbeat and made major inroads into becoming fluent in a foreign language.

Hopefully next year is just as interesting as this one has been. Right now, however, lunch is calling me.

I am sitting in the museum of modern art cafe, reading my email and drinking a coffee, and a clearly not homeless old guy is pacing about reciting 'Hickory dickory dock' over and over. Sometimes under his breath and sometimes much more loudly and with expansive hand gestures.

Nobody else seems to have noticed him.

The question is: is he crazy or am I?

This is an amazing skive. The project has finally come to an end, so we're having to do all the boring paperwork. So i get to audit the files. Normally a boring shit job HOWEVER I can jump onto the wifi from the office downstairs with my shiny new N800 from here. Cue hours of "work" in the back room, with access to tea and coffee making facilities.

Well, our bathroom light fittings just started pouring water out, which is definitely not what i would have looked for in a light fitting. Guess I'm lucky it only ruined all those priceless paintings, my share certificates, the bonds and the deeds to all those properties I own, and also the catalogue of items lost, unfortunately. I hope the insurance company is feeling generous!

This year I've been busy!

Last Thursday I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). In January I helped marvwilson across the street (6 points). In November I set bigredclifford's puppy on fire (-66 points). In February I bought porn for hentai_ninja (-10 points). In August I put gum in rich_redcap's hair (-12 points).
